• Payment for packages is due in advance. Payment for hourly services is due upon completion.

  • Prices do not include administrative costs or additional expenses.

  • Payments are made by Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, Pay Pal cash or personal check.

  • Services scheduled with less than 24 hours notice are scheduled with a convenience fee of $20.00, to accommodate necessary scheduling changes. Any prices listed by Help on the Hudson LLC are for services rendered by us and do not include charges for third party vendors, or merchandise purchased to complete the request.

  • Errands - All errand rates include time from the beginning of task and for the first 14 miles of travel. Travel over 14 miles will be billed at the rate of $.48 per mile.
 
 
 
  • Pets - Services including the transportation of pets require that the client provide a suitable pet carrier, and proof of state Rabies Vaccination.

  • Cancellations - If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service, Help on the Hudson requires 24 hours notice. Failure to provide any notice will result in the full price of service being charged. Cancellations within less than 24 hours of service will be assessed a $25 fee.

  • Access to Client’s Property - If Help on the Hudson is unable to gain access to the client’s residence or place of business, the client will be charged the full cost of the service.

  • Special Scheduling - Services required outside of regular business hours, may be arranged and will be assessed a $25.00 convenience fee per day, in addition to regular fees.

  • Privacy Policy - All personal and credit card information collected by Help on the Hudson will be gathered for the purpose of providing concierge services and billing the client for services rendered. At no time, will the collected information be disclosed to a third party, except for the purpose of completing the client’s financial obligation to Help on the Hudson..
